Nova Phone Numbers
The simplest way to give your assistant a number: buy one directly in Nova. In the background, available numbers are searched and provided to you immediately.
Available countries
Numbers are currently available from the following countries:

Buying a number
Open the numbers page
In the sidebar, click Phone Numbers, then Buy number.
Choose a country
Select the desired country from the list.
Pick a number
Available numbers are shown. Choose the one you want.
Confirm
Confirm the purchase. The number is assigned to your account immediately and ready to be assigned to an assistant.
Costs
NovaVoca bills Nova via subscriptions. Each plan includes a quota of:
- Included minutes per month
- SMS segments per month
- Phone numbers per month
- Concurrent calls
Phone numbers within your quota are free. Only when you exceed the quota do additional costs apply (overage).
You'll find current plans and included services in the dashboard under Settings → Billing or at novavoca.ai/preise (opens in a new tab).
Assigning a number
After purchase, you have to assign the number to an assistant:
- Go to Phone Numbers
- Click the new number
- Under Assistant, choose the desired assistant
- Click Save
The number is now active — test it by calling it.
Setting up call forwarding
In most cases, you'll want to forward your existing business number to the Nova number. That way you stay reachable under your familiar number while the AI assistant takes the calls.
