Configure Behavior
The behavior of your assistant is configured in the Nova editor under the Behavior tab. Here you define everything that makes your assistant — from the voice to the knowledge base.
The 6 steps

Choose a voice
Pick one of 16 AI voices in three quality tiers: Natural voices, Expressive voices, and Enterprise voices.

Configure the greeting
The first sentence every caller hears. Short, friendly, with the company name.

Write the prompt
The heart of it: define your assistant's role, behavior, knowledge, and limits — manually or via the AI generator.

Fill the knowledge base
Upload documents (PDF, DOCX, TXT) and URLs so your assistant can answer specific questions.

Set up tools
Extend your assistant with live transfer, appointment booking, or SMS during the call.
6
Define post-processing
Decide what happens after every call: email, SMS, or webhook.
